What Zenith does on a Kreon arm
Zenith is Kreon’s own software for its measuring arms: probing plus scanning in one straightforward package, with a one-click connection to the arm and scanner. It is built to be simple to learn while handling dense point clouds and colour maps.
Geometric probing
Probe creation and calibration, entity acquisition, plus alignment by three entities or plane, line, point.
CAD comparison
Colour maps after a landmark and best-fit alignment, plus entities extracted from CAD to compare against.
GD&T
Form, orientation and position tolerances: flatness, cylindricity, perpendicularity, position, among others.
Sections
Cut nominal and measured data. Switch to 2D, then measure distances and angles.
Programs and reports
Record a scanning or probing sequence, run it part by part, then export reports as PDF or CSV.

How it works
Two places to run it
At our Cheshire facility, where the machines, software and sample parts are already set up — or at your site, on your own hardware, parts and network. The price differs; the course does not.
Three people included
The price covers up to three attendees. Bigger groups are fine — tell us the number and we will price it.
Bring your own parts
The exercises work on our sample data, but they work far better on yours. Send a part or a dataset ahead of the day and we will build the practical around it.
