Construction rarely ends exactly as designed. Steel moves, slabs are poured to a different level, services take a different route. An as-built survey captures what was really built, so the handover record, the next trade and the asset owner all work from the same truth.
Comparing the cloud with the design model shows where the build departs from it, before cladding, fit-out or the next stage is made to fit something that is not there.

Yes. Send the model in IFC or your native format and we will report the deviations that matter to you.
