What to send us
The more we know, the tighter the price. None of it is compulsory: a description on its own still gets an answer.
What you are scanning
A part, a vehicle, a room or a whole site. Its size decides the scanner.

A mesh, CAD you can edit, an inspection report against your model, or a point cloud.

How quickly do I get a price?
Usually the same working day. If the part is unusual and needs longer, we tell you that rather than going quiet.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single part is priced as carefully as a production run.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send anything if you would rather. Your files stay yours either way. They are only used to price and make your job.
Can we pay on account?
Yes. Trade accounts pay by invoice on 30-day terms against your PO. Card and PayPal work at checkout without an account. How paying by invoice works.
I do not have a CAD model. Can you still help?
Yes. Send a photograph or a sketch, or send the part itself: we can scan it, rebuild the model and make it from that.
Buying rather than making?
Consumables, spares and accessories are priced on the site and ship from Whitchurch the same day if you order before 3pm. No quote needed.
